Quality Control

In a mass production, some flaws may appears on the bottle, such as scratching, black point, dirt, and glue residual. We have to inspect each part of the product before final assembling. The parts with flaws should be picked out and only the fine ones could be used in assemble line.

Dog water bottle is still a bottle which could not allow leakage. To make sure every bottle non-leak, we design a fixture to test the sealing of the bottle. When a bottle cover is put on the fixture, the pump is vacuuming the inside of the bottle. At the same time, the inside air pressure is monitoring. If the pressure is below a threshold value, the bottle is qualified.

The button is a key part which is used most frequently. We have a test machine to test the life-time of the button. Every shipment we test a few samples to make sue the life-time of the button is over 10,000 pressing.

The lanyard must be strong to hold a full water bottle. The tensile tester is to test the maximum tensile force of the lanyard. All the lanyards could bear more than 60N force.

Dog water bottle is an appliance used outside. Thus we test all the bottles to make sure they can be dropped from 1.2m height and the bottle is unbroken.

We welcome our customer sending their QC or 3^rd party inspectors to our factory for Quality Inspection. Even online inspection could be applied in our factory. We will try our best to cooperate with our customer to make qualified products.
